Hackers Leak Personal Information of Goldman CEO

CNET Reports:

Hackers today released personal information for Goldman Sachs Chief Executive Officer Lloyd Blankfein.

The document, posted to the Pastebin Web site, includes the CEO’s age, recent addresses, details of litigation he has been involved in, as well as registration information for businesses, but no sensitive information such as financial data.

Hackers have really started to push the envelope with high level hacks. Groups like WikiLeaks, Anonymous, LulzSec, and The Script Kiddies all have made a heavy impact on government, media, and pop-culture as of late. Of course there is a price to pay for that as we have seen but the fact remains although you can arrest a person you cannot arrest an idea.

The obsession with information in this day and age stems from the fact it is initially kept from the public. It is held hostage. We are the sheep in this sense and the sheep herders decide where we can march and what we can see. Police brutality has become common place and financial terrorism perpetrated by the same people installed to run companies begs a response from those with these skills.

These hacktivists have taken their fight to a new level and to some degree I applaud them for being so brave. The war for information will likely never end but in the meantime we are all in-store for an interesting battle. The war of tomorrow will be fought over the Internet. The battlefield is obsolete.

Why I Wouldn’t Vote Against Hitler

Wendy McElroy writes:

…the power of the state does not rest on its size – the number of laws on the books or the extent of the territory it claims. A state’s power rests on social conditions, such as whether people will obey its laws and how many resources it can command to enforce obedience.

Voting implies that the State is legitimate. This at any given time is more dangerous than any elected king. Something to keep in mind next time you cast a vote.

It’s not about “I voted for the other guy” when something goes wrong and the “opposition” gets in office — the mere fact you took part means you condone what is done in the name of “democracy”.

Modest Men Tell No Tales

From EPJ:

In Kentucky, eight Amish men were sent to jail this week (for 3 to 10 days) over their refusal to comply with a local safety regulation.

According to The Blaze [newspaper], they say that the mandate, which would require them to post a bright orange triangle on their horse-drawn buggies, violates their modesty code.

Another example of the state getting in the way of peaceful and voluntary society. These menhave committed no crime. There is no victim. They simply would not comply by painting bright orange triangles on their buggies. The natural reaction from the machine that is the state is to kidnap them and throw them in a cage for a week.

Some society we live in. The machine rages on.

Cities Now Actively Fining People For Texting While Walking

In what can only be described as a disgraceful attempt to further the nanny state, some cities have now actively started fining people who text and email while walking on public streets. Boy Genius reports:

Certain cities in the US have started fining walkers on the streets if they are caught texting on their iPhone (or other mobile devices). If you have ever walked down a street while composing a short email or text message, you know how distracting it can be and how unaware you are of where you are and what is going on around you. This is leading to more and more accidents and the new system of fines is meant to make you more aware of the dangers.

Pretty disgraceful if you ask me. There is no crime being committed but somehow the nanny government finds a way to criminalize something that is not criminal! As I have said in the past — it won’t be long until children and parents are required to apply for licensing to Trick or Treat on Halloween.

Walking and texting is a personal choice, no person or property are being aggressed against. There is no violation being committed. With that said there can be no crime. For those who say it is a “preventative” and protection against one self and others — you are a fool. If this were the case why not just make a law saying every citizen should be encased in a bubble? All this does is remove personal responsibility from the equation. It makes people lazy. We fail to take responsibility for ourselves and watch for cars, bikers, and other dangers while we are texting and walking.

Long story short, kick rocks.

Marriage Is For Homosexuals

Tonight New York became the 6th state to “legalize” gay marriage. Does anyone reading that have a problem with the way it sounds? The terminology is entirely flawed in my mind.

Let me get this straight, the government of New York has made it legal to marry someone who has the same x/y chromosome makeup as you? “Legal”. As if to say there was a crime taking place when it was illegal

Here’s why I don’t support this new law or bill or whatever the kids are calling it these days. All this does is legitimize government to the masses when in fact government is the least legitimate of all organizations. As if government officials were all-knowing and all-seeing wizards, ha! What business is it of anyone anywhere to deem something which is completely victimless like marriage as “legal” or “illegal”? It is nothing more than a choice rendered by human beings to pledge their allegiance to one another. There is no force, no coercion. Just choice!

This silly notion to “pass a law” to allow two people to live in matrimony is as foolish as a law that states children “are allowed” to walk door to door on Halloween and beg for candy. It’s foolish. On the surface level the fools will feel accomplished, but give it a second of thought and you will be sickened that government made something that was never a crime “legal”.

If I were gay, I would be out there protesting this in disgust. Get government out of marriage, and the bedroom. Sad days. Don’t be a sheep.

LulzSec Strikes Again: Target Arizona Feds

LulzSec the now extremely infamous hacker/hacktivist group has struck again. This time the target was the state of Arizona’s law enforcement. Why you ask? They answered in their public release today:

We are releasing hundreds of private intelligence bulletins, training manuals, personal email correspondence, names, phone numbers, addresses and passwords belonging to Arizona law enforcement. We are targeting AZDPS specifically because we are against SB1070 and the racial profiling anti-immigrant police state that is Arizona.

A very interesting twist to this nonstop hack-a-thon taking place nearly everyday. The quote “snoop onto them before they snoop onto us” can’t stop replaying itself in my mind. The Arizona bill which I wrote about here was and is certainly disgusting. The response from the Feds I’m sure will now be swift I’m sure, however I don’t think LulzSec cares!

My take? It’s two beasts battling it out, what more can be said? I wish Lulz would do more to promote education. I think they are great but unfortunately the average everyday person who lives life as a sheep will see these actions are “frightening” – of course this is untrue! Information is never evil.

The revolution will most certainly be tweeted!

That’s weird, we just traveled to tomorrow and we’re seeing headlines about LulzSec releasing things yesterday… but that means…

A Warning From Gerald Celente

The most trusted name in trends Gerald Celente tweets:

W/ Japan in meltdown, Mid-East, N. Africa unrest & econ probs r out of news. Prepare for danger ahead: GC’s 3 G’s: Gold, Guns & Getaway plan

and a few hours later:

If world economy was strong, equity markets wouldn’t be taking a hit from Japan nuke crisis. Gold? 4 me a temp. downturn toward gold $2000

Some important things to take away from these bits of information. Celente is a proven trend forecaster. One of, if not the best. His foresight may be something of a prophecy. The fact the Japanese quake is so devastating means global banksters can now operate under the radar. His warning is to hoard gold (at least silver for those who can’t afford gold — JDM), stock guns and ammo, and have a getaway plan.

If the economy collapses in terms of the dollar there will be no military to storm in and “rescue” people haha. You must be able to get yourself out! You must have currency beyond a bunch of papers. You must also be able to protect yourself. Frightening but not something that is farfetched!

His other warning is a bit more positive. While it is never positive to realize and accept the world economy is weak his words can be used in a very positive sense! He sees gold headed to $2,000. Peter Schiff has called for $5,000 per ounce. These prices are completely possible as the dollar weakens. I mean how many leaves from a tree would one need to “trade” to get an ounce of gold? The same applies for a weakened dollar. The key is seeing money as a commodity and not as something magical, just paper.

While most of us can’t afford gold right now we can afford silver, copper, and nickels! Do yourself a favor, hoard them. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

A Real Rebuild for Japan; Get the Banksters Out

I wrote yesterday on the BOJ (Bank of Japan) ready and willing to pump liquidity into the market to help fund the rebuilding of areas destroyed by the earthquake and tsunami. This of course is comedy to those who understand economics and will only serve to further destroy the area, especially in terms of what is unseen.

Reading about the ridiculous numbers being thrown around is even more unfortunate. The BOJ is planning to pump 15 trillion Yen into the market. This comes out to about $183 billion USD. Of course this money won’t be scattered across the streets. The money printed will only end up in the hands of global elite banksters. These banksters will only use the money to save themselves by rebuilding their homes, rebuilding their businesses, and of course buying up resources to hedge against the destruction. These resources will be sold back to the consumer for a profit which will only benefit those selling. Not to mention this process will begin driving up prices in the area through inflation. When new money enters a market without any sort of commodity attached to level it, it now makes every other unit of purchase (money) worth less and less.

If Japan and the people of the proud nation want to rebuild properly I would suggest they do it from the ground up. The first building to not be rebuilt should be the central bank there. I mean if they have to start fresh why not eliminate the organization that has them in massive debt? An institution of corrupt elite bankers who manipulate people, money, and the market. These are the people who have Japan’s debt at 200% of their own GDP. This means that if you add the worth of all of Japan’s “goods and services” in the economy, the debt (what they owe) is 200% of that. Meaning they pay out more than they take in. Their debt level is second only to Zimbabwe, and we all know how they are doing with their economy. If you recall, I am a trillionaire thanks to their hyper-inflation.

Wishing you the best Japan, let’s hope you can sort this out and not let the government and central bank sort if out for you.

Ron Paul Rips Apart More Fallacies

Dr. Paul on the sad state of American foreign policy:

“This is a typical example of what happens when we run on intervention-type foreign policies. We get in the middle of these fights. We’ve been in the middle of this for 30 years now. We’ve given Mubarak $60 billion. We’re responsible for a lot of the mess that is over there.”

Ron Paul doing what he does best. Tearing down the walls of that fake media influenced world most people live in. The Fact remains the United States government has been funding this puppet dictator Mubarak for the last 30 years. This funding and political orchestration leads to political blowback like these revolts. Dr. Paul is entirely on target and proves once again why nation building and foreign aid must be cut off.

It’s sad to think American tax money and money created out of thin air (which subsequently makes each of us poorer) is sent overseas all the time. As inflation booms prices rise and the economy continues to fall into a dismal abyss. Worry not though; rest easy knowing that your money, which is stolen from you, is funding sham governments. Roughly 40% of tax payer money goes toward aggressing against innocent people and private property all across the globe!

Of course there are those among us who feel this is proper and a “good” thing. I suppose they have a right to that. However they have no right to speak for me. I signed no such contract. So the underlying question is – where can I opt out of monopolized protectionism?

Joe Biden on Egypt, I’m Ready to Vomit

Update 4: Original quote removed due to lack of reliable source. Not saying Biden didn’t say it but for us to post it we need a better source than a Tumblr from the day before our post. Thank you.

Update 3: After speaking with my professor and asking her about the quotes authenticity I am still unable to find a source beyond some Tumblr sites. As stated these sites had the quote up roughly 2 days before I did. I have tried to contact the owners of the sites but it seems like this quote was entirely fabricated.

Update 2: According to an anonymous commenter the quote comes from an MSNBC interview. I will be investigating and looking for a source after class tonight. Cheers!

Update: First I would like to say thank you for the close to 1,000 hits this has received. I have been contacted by several readers questioning the source of the final quote. The source I took the quote from is no longer “up” which makes me a bit uneasy. I did some Google searching looking for the source and found it posted on several Tumblr sites hours and days before this post.

With that I then took to the search to find the transcript of the original interview that took place on PBS. No where in the interview (19 minutes long) does Joe Biden reference the alleged quote. I am now looking into the possibility that it was taken from somewhere else or spoken in passing. Either way as I find out you will too. Thank you for writing in. I take pride in keeping journalistic integrity in tact at all times. If the quote cannot be sourced it will be removed.

I will however state that Biden not seeing a puppet like Mubarak as a dictator might actually be worse than the quote in question! More as it comes.

Original Post: In a move that doesn’t surprise me one bit Vice President Joe Biden has responded to the Egyptian revolt in a typical statist fashion; lack of support for people who demand their freedom. In an interview the other day he had a few interesting comments.

When asked if he feels Mubarak should step down he had this to say.

“No. I think the time has come for President Mubarak to begin to move in the direction that – to be more responsive to some of the – some – some of the needs of the people out there.”

Forget the fact that millions of people have taken to the street calling for this man to flee the country, good ‘ol Joe knows best. Like a true statist he knows what is best for everyone, everywhere.

His support for Mubarak isn’t much of a surprise considering Mubarak is a US installed puppet dictator. Of course the Vice President would disagree with me! He feels Mubarak has done nothing wrong. Maybe he doesn’t know that Mubarak has kept Egypt under “Emergency Law” for the last 30 years?

“I would not refer to him as a dictator.”

Explain that and justify that to hundreds of thousands of people who have taken to the streets in protest. Explain that to hundreds of thousands who have been aggressed against by Mubarak’s regime.
