<p>Retweets are coming to Twitter sooner than expected. Formerly it was handled by placing a simple RT and copy and pasting the tweet as your own. Now Twitter has stepped in and developed an entire system for it. You will soon see your friend&#8217;s buddy icons below your original post if they chose to retweet.</p>
<p>Seems like a pro and a con. If you use something like TweetDeck then it doesn&#8217;t matter but this will clutter up the streamline design of Twitter&#8217;s home feed. As a pro it will make things easier to follow and to keep track of.</p>
<p>I am not sure however if retweets will show up in your @reply&#8217;s section. Only time will tell. Until then here is the proposed mock up of the new Twitter Retweet layout.</p></p>
